Ever since I can remember every year I get my mom buildings to go in her Christmas village for Christmas on top of whatever her normal gift would be. (I guess you can say I made a tradition out of it.) Well this year I got her people and trees cause what good is a village without people right?! Well this is how I decided to wrap them. (Thanks to scrapalette on the Cricut Messageboard for the great idea) I used tissue paper stuffed on the inside so she can't see to much of what is in there and for the paper, the patterned paper I got at the dollar rack at Target and the cardstock I believe is recollections. I used the Christmas Noel Cart for the wreath and ornament, Tags, bags, boxes and more for the tags, and Beyond birthdays for the words.I used raffia to tie the tags to the bottle, Oh and we can't forget the 2 liter bottle! Thanks for looking
Well it's been a while since I posted anything. Been super busy with the holidays and everything else.
I made this for my parents anniversary this year. I used the Wedding Solutions Cart for all the cuts and the words were cut using my cds and Plantin Schoolbook Cart. For the paper I used the Glitter Stack from DCWV. To make the box I used a tutorial that I got from scrappydew on the Cricut Messageboard. I also used a tutorial from splitcoaststampers.com for the paper bow. http://http//www.splitcoaststampers.com/resources/tutorials/dsp_bow/

Flower Pot Card
Ok so here is my attempt at making a flower pot card. I am not to happy with the way it turned out but I guess it could have been worse. I cut the flowers using George and Basic Shapes at 2 inch, 1 1/2 inch and 1 inch for the solid cardstock and the patterned paper was cut at 3/4 inch, 1 1/4 inch, 1 3/4 inch. I used Recollections pastel brads for the center of the flower. The leaves were cut at 1 3/4 inch and 2 inchs using Wild Card. The ribbon has pink dragonflies on it and is from Micheals I left the sentiment blank but it will probably be a birthday card. I'm not sure yet. I also used the tutorial from Splitcoaststampers to make this card.

Gift box with candy and card
This is 3x3 card. I used George and Basic Shapes for the flower cut and layered many sizes and a brad for the center. I left the sentiment blank. I'm not really sure what I am going to do with it yet.I wrapped a Hershey Nugget in matching patterned paper cut at 1x3 inches.

Diaper Cake
This is the card I made to go with the Diaper cake. I used the Cuttlebug Dots folder and Pooh and Friends Cart.
This is the first and only so far diaper cake that I have made. I made this for my sister in law's Winnie the Pooh themed baby shower gift. I used Pooh Font and Design Studio to weld the honeypots together. All the rest of the cut are from Pooh and Friends. I can't remember exactly how many diapers I used but I know it was somewhere around 150. The ribbon is from Micheals and I added a stuffed pooh for the topper and binkie's are attached with ribbon and glue dots.
